Server Renewal, Suspension, and Reactivation

## How Renewal Works

Your server subscription automatically generates a renewal invoice before the due date. You'll receive an email reminder when the invoice is created.

## What Happens If You Don't Pay

- **Invoice overdue** — You'll receive reminder emails
- **Service suspended** — After a grace period, your server will be suspended. It cannot be accessed but your files are preserved
- **Service cancelled** — If still unpaid after an extended period, your server and all files will be permanently deleted

## How to Reactivate a Suspended Server

- Go to your **Invoices** page
- Pay the outstanding invoice
- Your server will be automatically unsuspended within minutes

## My Server Was Cancelled — Can I Get It Back?

**No.** Once a server is cancelled due to non-payment, all files are permanently deleted and cannot be restored. You will need to purchase a new server and start fresh.

## Can I Pause My Billing?

We do not offer billing pauses or deadline extensions. If you need to take a break, you can let the server expire and purchase a new one when you're ready to return.
