How to Upgrade or Downgrade Your Server Plan

Upgrading Your Plan

You can upgrade your server plan at any time from your dashboard:

1. Go to Orders and click on your active server
2. Scroll down to the Upgrade / Downgrade section
3. Select your new plan
4. Review the price difference and pay the prorated amount
5. Your server resources will be updated automatically

Adding Add-ons

1. Go to your order page and click Manage Add-ons
2. Select the add-ons you want and the quantity
3. Pay the prorated amount for the remainder of your billing cycle

Downgrading

Plan downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period. You will not be charged the lower price until the next renewal.

Refunds for Downgrades

We do not provide refunds for unused time on the higher plan. The downgrade simply applies from the next billing cycle onward.
