Payment Methods and How to Pay

## Accepted Payment Methods

AgilaHost accepts the following payment methods:

- **HitPay** — Supports GCash, GrabPay, credit/debit cards, and other Philippine payment methods
- **PayPal** — International payments via PayPal account or credit card
- **Account Credits** — Pre-loaded balance on your AgilaHost account

## How to Pay an Invoice

- Log into your AgilaHost account
- Go to **Invoices** in your dashboard
- Click on the unpaid invoice
- Select your payment method and click **Pay Now**
- For HitPay/PayPal: You'll be redirected to complete the payment externally, then returned to AgilaHost

## GCash Payments (via HitPay)

When you select HitPay as your payment method, GCash will appear as one of the payment options on the HitPay payment page. Select it and complete the payment through your GCash app.

## After Payment

- **HitPay/PayPal:** Your server is activated automatically within minutes
- You'll receive a confirmation email once your service is activated

## Payment Not Reflecting?

If you've paid but your service still shows as pending:

- Wait a few minutes — webhook processing can take a moment
- If it still hasn't updated after 10 minutes, open a support ticket
