Payment Methods and How to Pay

Accepted Payment Methods

AgilaHost accepts the following payment methods:

• HitPay — Supports GCash, GrabPay, credit/debit cards, and other Philippine payment methods
• PayPal — International payments via PayPal account or credit card
• Account Credits — Pre-loaded balance on your AgilaHost account

How to Pay an Invoice

1. Go to Invoices in your dashboard
2. Click on the unpaid invoice
3. Select your payment method and click Pay Now
4. For HitPay/PayPal: you will be redirected to complete the payment externally, then returned to AgilaHost

After Payment

• You will receive a confirmation email once your payment is processed
• Your service will be activated or renewed automatically
• If your payment was successful but the service has not activated after 10 minutes, open a support ticket
