Cancellation and Refund Policy

How to Cancel Your Server

1. Go to Orders in your dashboard
2. Click on the server you want to cancel
3. Click Request Cancellation
4. Choose one of the following:
   • Immediately — Server is cancelled and deleted right away
   • End of billing period — Server remains active until your current billing cycle ends, then it is cancelled

Important Notes

• Immediate cancellation cannot be undone. All files are permanently deleted
• If you chose "end of billing period", you can retract the cancellation before the date arrives from your order page
• Download any files or backups you want to keep before cancelling

Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds for time remaining on your current billing cycle. If you cancel before the period ends, your server stays active until the paid period expires (if you chose end of billing period), but no partial refund is issued.
