Creator Program Terms
1. Program Overview
The Affiliate Program allows registered users to earn account credits by referring new customers to our platform. By joining the program, you agree to all terms outlined in this document.
2. Eligibility
To participate, you must be a registered user in good standing with a verified email address. We reserve the right to reject or revoke affiliate status at our sole discretion.
3. Commission Structure
Affiliates earn a commission based on the monthly equivalent price of the referred customer's first purchase. If a referred customer purchases a multi-month plan, the commission is calculated on the equivalent of one month's price, not the total amount paid.
Commission rates may vary based on affiliate tier. Tiers are determined by total commissions earned over time. Commission rates, tier thresholds, and program structure may be changed at any time without prior notice. Any changes apply to future commissions only. Previously approved commissions are not affected.
4. Commission Approval
All commissions are held in a pending state for a minimum of thirty (30) days. A commission is approved only if the referred customer's order remains active at the end of the pending period. If the referred customer cancels, requests a refund, or their order is otherwise terminated before approval, the commission is forfeited.
Commissions flagged for review, including but not limited to cases where IP addresses match between the affiliate and the referred user, require manual approval by our team and may take longer to process.
5. Payout
Approved commissions are credited to the affiliate's account balance as store credit only. Credits may be applied toward any purchase on the platform. Credits cannot be converted to cash, transferred to another account, or withdrawn in any form.
Each referred customer generates a maximum of one (1) commission. Subsequent renewals, upgrades, or additional purchases by the same referred customer do not generate further commissions.
6. Prohibited Conduct
The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension or permanent ban from the affiliate program:
a) Self-referral. Creating multiple accounts to refer yourself, including the use of alternate email addresses, payment methods, or virtual private networks to circumvent detection.
b) Referral farming. Coordinating with others to create accounts solely for the purpose of generating commissions, with no genuine intent to use the services.
c) Misrepresentation. Making false or misleading claims about our services, pricing, or the affiliate program in any promotional materials.
d) Trademark abuse. Using our brand name, logos, or trademarks in a misleading manner, including in domain names or paid advertisements that could be confused with official communications.
e) Unsolicited communications. Sending unsolicited emails, messages, or any form of communication that violates applicable anti-spam laws.
f) Price manipulation. Using the affiliate program in combination with unauthorized discounts or promotions to undercut published pricing.
7. Investigation and Enforcement
We actively monitor affiliate activity for patterns consistent with abuse, including but not limited to IP address analysis, account correlation, and payment method tracking.
If suspicious activity is detected, the affiliate account may be suspended pending investigation. If an investigation confirms a violation of these terms, the affiliate account will be permanently banned.
Upon banning:
a) All pending commissions are immediately forfeited.
b) Approved but unused credits may be revoked at our discretion.
c) The associated user account may be subject to further action, including suspension or closure.
Suspension or banning may occur at any time without prior notice. We are not obligated to provide evidence or detailed reasoning for enforcement actions, though we will endeavor to communicate the general basis for any action taken.
8. Limitation of Liability
The affiliate program is provided on an as-is basis. We make no guarantees regarding commission amounts, approval rates, or program continuity. Our total liability under the affiliate program shall not exceed the value of approved credits in the affiliate's account at the time of any claim.
9. Modifications and Termination
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the affiliate program in whole or in part at any time without prior notice. This includes changes to commission rates, tier structures, payout methods, eligibility requirements, and these terms. Continued participation in the program after any modification constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
10. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from or relating to the affiliate program shall be resolved exclusively in the appropriate courts of the Philippines.
