Keeping Your Account Secure

Your AgilaHost account controls your servers, billing, and personal information. Keep it secure.

Strong Password

• Use a unique password at least 8 characters long
• Do not reuse passwords from other services
• You can change your password in Account → Security

Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)

1. Go to Account → Security
2. Toggle Two-Factor Authentication on
3. Next time you log in from an unrecognized device or location, you will receive an email with a verification code

What Counts as a "New" Location?

The system tracks your IP address. If you log in from a different network (e.g., switching from home WiFi to mobile data), you will be asked for verification.

Tips

• Enable 2FA to protect against unauthorized access even if your password is compromised
• Never share your login credentials with anyone
• If you suspect your account has been compromised, change your password immediately and contact support
