Managing Your Panel Password

Your Game Panel Password

Your Pterodactyl game panel password is separate from your AgilaHost account password. It was set automatically when your server was first created.

Viewing Your Panel Password

  1. Log into your AgilaHost account
  2. Go to Orders and click on your active server
  3. In the Panel Login section, click Reveal
  4. Enter your AgilaHost account password to verify your identity
  5. Your panel password will be displayed

Changing Your Panel Password

  1. Go to your order page and find the Panel Login section
  2. Verify your identity with your AgilaHost password
  3. Enter your new panel password (minimum 8 characters)
  4. Click Update Panel Password

Important Notes

  • If you changed your password directly on the Pterodactyl panel, the password shown in AgilaHost may be outdated
  • Your AgilaHost account password and panel password are independent — changing one does not affect the other
