## What is GeyserMC?

GeyserMC allows Java and Bedrock players to play together on the same Minecraft server. Bedrock players (mobile, console, Windows 10 edition) can connect to your Java server.

## Prerequisites

- A modified Minecraft server running Paper, Spigot, or similar (Java edition, version 1.16.5 or later)
- Geyser plugin
- Floodgate plugin

You can download both plugins directly from the **Plugin Downloader** in your game panel, or manually from geysermc.org (https://geysermc.org/download).

## Setup Steps

- Install the **Geyser** and **Floodgate** plugins via the Downloader or by uploading them to your folder
- Start the server once to generate the config files, then stop it
- Go to **Files** → → → edit **config.yml**
- Set the following values:

- — Set to your server's port
- — Set to your server's port
- — Set to **127.0.0.1**
- — Set to **floodgate**

- Save and start the server

## Connecting

- **Java players** connect normally using the server IP and port
- **Bedrock players** connect using the same IP and port through the Bedrock edition's server list
