How to Upgrade or Downgrade Your Server Plan

## Upgrading Your Plan

You can upgrade your server plan at any time from your dashboard:

- Go to **Orders** and click on your active server
- Scroll down to the **Upgrade / Downgrade** section
- Select your new plan
- Review the price difference and pay the prorated amount
- Your server resources will be updated automatically

## Adding Extra Resources (Add-ons)

If you just need more RAM, CPU, or disk space without changing your entire plan:

- Go to your order detail page
- Click **Manage Add-ons**
- Select the add-ons you want and the quantity
- Pay the prorated amount for the remainder of your billing cycle

## Downgrading

Plan downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period. You won't be charged the lower price until the next renewal.

## Refunds for Downgrades

We do not provide refunds for unused time on the higher plan. The downgrade simply applies from the next billing cycle onward.
